The two young artists released a song about dancing in the club. Because there had been no hints about what kinds of songs are going to be included in BIGBANG’ new album, people pay attention to the music contained in their Duet album. In the past 5 years, GD and TOP has not worked in such a group. Now, they wrote all of the lyrics and participate in the making of all the songs in their album. That is why so many people are concerned about what they include in the album.
The duet group will keep on promoting this month and at the same time, BIGBANG, as a whole group is going to come back after 2 years and 3 months with a brand new album. The following is the Q and A session between us and the two members.
Reporter: It is unusual for BIGBANG to have two rappers release a Duet album. Who was the first one that came up with such an idea?
GD: I have released my solo album and TOP has finished his filming of ‘Into The Fire’. We both had ended our promotion and went back to work on music. Then, I released there were much work that we two had been working on together. And the president thought it would be better for us to produce songs together before the group album is out.

Reporter: It seems that your fans expect more different combinations of you with other members in the group since you guys are successful this time. If you could collaborate with other team members, what would you want to do?
TOP: I have been thinking about collaborating with other members. In fact, each BIGBANG member has their unique talents and every collaboration with them would be excellent so I want to work with them all.

Reporter: We wonder how your fellow members react when they knew you are going to release your Duet album. What is the most peculiar reaction they gave? Moreover, how did the President think of it?
GD: We have imposed a lot of pressure on other members. We have to cooperate with each other better for the BIGBANG album. It has been a long time that we have promoted songs for BIGBANG as a group.
TOP: The president regards the songs as our songs so I wish the group album can be out soon.

Reporter: Besides electronica music, it seems that you guys also have added a sense of experiment to your album, like songs with old school hip-hop. You are more confident in doing different kinds of music. What is your concept of compiling this album?

At last, it seems to be a fine song which we can take pride in.
