- Apparently she is a Chinese American singer originated from Chicago, USA. Born of a chinese father and a american mother,she's taken China by storm with her first mandarin single.Considered to be the Lindsey Lohan look-a-like in China, which to me is totally off ,since she is sooo much prettier than Lindsey Lohan.From afar Chloe actually looks alot like Yuna Ito.
- If you're a Chinese speaker, you can probably tell that her mandarin still needs alot of pratice but I'm pretty sure it'll improve over time.
