On 26th,June, in the episode of SBS ‘That I want to know’ has broadcasted an in-depth analysis of the fatal accident that Daesung was involved but they have received criticism from the public since they suspect the intention about the prorgramme’s issue making. According to AGB Nielsen Research, the national viewing rate of the progamme rose from 1.9% (on 18t) to 13.4%. (on the date that this episode was broadcasted)
On 27th, June, the PD telephoned the news agency and said, ’ we were proceeding the case at the same time when the National Forensic Service was analysing the related information. We did not intentionally plan to dig out the news and broadcast it in these days (after the incidents). After the announcement of the police station, the television station has showed a different stance from that of the National Forensic Service towards the incident, and the PD continued, ’I think it is because it is hard to come to a single conclusion about the information revealed by the National Forensic Service would be comprehensively discussed.
’The programme ‘That I want to know’ was aired on 25th in SBS channel has discussed about the various causes of the incidents which were come up from the scientific analysis. It has also talked about the difficulties faced by the department in finding the real causes of it. The National Forensic Service has carried out the investigation of the accident dated 31st, May which Daesung was involved The core of the accident is whether the death of the motorcyclist was caused by the negligent driving of Daesung. The representative of the National Forensic Service said, ’ when I saw the wounds on the spot, I thought they were life threatening but it is very difficult to decide whether he was living at that time. Anyway, we believe that the wounds were quite severe before the crash anyway.
On the other hand, ‘the police said, ‘after the 1st incident, it was only after 132 seconds that Daesung’s car hit the taxi. Because it is difficult to tell the exact time of the deceased’s death, the National Forensic Service has paid special attention to it.’ He elaborated, It stands a very high possibility that the death was caused by the car driven by Daesung.’
