Daesung's strong point is to keep a well-regulated life. So, he has shown continuous growth in training.
He works out regularly when he doesn't have any special schedule, and he conducts a 5:5 ratio of aerobic and muscle activities, which helps him maintain normal muscle and body fat.
Also, he's chosen a non-separation muscle exercise instead of 'separation training'. Overall, he undergoes with an intensity of 70 percent daily and rests during weekends. He also adheres to an accurate and a strict diet, then he is doing well enough that he could surpass his trainer Hwang.
