[OSEN=황미현 기자] G-Dragon, the leader of top boy band BigBang has topped music chart with his new songs released on Sep. 5, heralding the beginning of a new sensation.
“Crooked”, the title track of G-Dragon’s new album, which was released at the noon of the day, topped music charts including M-Net, Bugs Music, Olleh Music, and Naver Music. The success has been achieved as soon as the new song was released.
Notably, on the four of the abovementioned music charts, G-Dragon’s seven new songs are placed in the top seven places, which is a remarkable and extraordinary achievement.
With such an immediate success of his new album, G-Dragon is expected to create further sensation in the music charts.
On Sep. 2, G-Dragon already swept music charts with his new songs released primarily and topped seven foreign iTunes music charts, attracting a great attention from all over the world.
Meanwhile, G-Dragon has officially begun his TV appearance by performing at “Yoo Hee-Yeol’s Sketchbook”, KBS 2TV channel’s music program, as well as by appearing in SBS channel’s “Running Man” and he will give a comeback performance at SBS “Pop Songs” on Sep. 8.
