With his upcoming movie, Big Bang’s T.O.P will be entering the movie markets in the US and Europe.
On October 16, Show Box announced that The Commitment, starring T.O.P, has been sold overseas in USA and Europe.
According to Show Box, Wellgo USA Entertainment, which bought the distribution rights to The Commitment, also distributed movies such as The Man from Nowhere, The Front Line, My Way, andThe Thieves.
Through Wellgo USA Entertainment, The Commitment will premiere in USA on November 29, approximately three weeks after the Korea premiere.
Splendid Film, a distribution company which bought the rights for Europe, premiered previous Korean movies, like I Saw the Devil, War of Arrows, Jeon Woochi: The Taoist Wizard, Berline, and The Man from Nowhere.
The Commitment is about a teenage boy who becomes an undercover North Korean spy to keep his little sister alive. It premieres in Korea on November 6.
